Shipping & Returns

SOAPMATE currently only ships products within EU. You can check our current offering and prices in our shop here.

Products are usually shipped via PostNL.  All orders are processed and packaged in 1-3 business days and shipped in 1-7 business days. Please be aware that PostNL shipping times may be delayed as they are dealing with an increased volume of shipments around certain times of the year.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all orders over €100. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipment.

Return Policy

We only accept returns of unopened and unused products. Once the postage seal is broken, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund. Exchanges are available under the same condition - products must remain sealed and unused. We accept returns for products that arrive with visible damage or defects. This applies only if the postage seal was broken upon delivery and the product was received in a defective condition. To process such a return, please provide clear photo and video evidence showing the condition of the package and product upon arrival.

If you request a refund for a returned product, you are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies to the product price. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

You can still cancel your order within 12 hours of purchasing. If you are not sure which product would suit your preferences better, please email us and we can suggest the best options for you. If you have concerns about a product you've purchased, you can contact us via email and we will do our best to find a solution.
